Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are as follows:
Prints: $8 shipping
Small Originals (longest dimension under 15"): $30 shipping
Medium Originals (longest dimension between 15" and 30"): $50 shipping
Large Originals (longest dimension 48"+): $150 shipping
When ordering multiple items, shipping cost is based on the most expensive shipping group, and you will only be charged once per category. For example, if you purchase three prints in one order, you will only pay $8. Or if you purchase a print and a medium original, you will only be charged $50 (medium original shipping charge).
Local orders may be picked up by selecting "Local Pick-Up" from the options. This is free and orders with this option chosen will be held at the checkout of Schmitz Fits for recipients to pick up during store hours at our store located at 402 S Black River St Sparta, WI (entrance is on the south side of the RBI Entities building). Store hours are:
Wednesday 12pm - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 10am - 4pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm
It is appreciated for local customers to choose this option as art can be very delicate to ship/deliver, especially the original pieces. If these store hours don’t work for your pickup schedule, please email Heidi at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange another time/place.
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to start working. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your door and does not include insurance.
As soon as your package is out of our hands, we have no control over how quickly it arrives on your doorstep. If you have a question about a package, please contact your local post office.
All customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Return & Exchange Policy
HLS Design will only accept a returned piece and provide a full refund or exchange of a print if there is a defect in your purchased product. Please notify us within 14 days after you receive your print if you feel your print was defective. HLS Design is only responsible for damages that were caused during the creating process.
Original artwork and custom orders are final and returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted.
